Producticity on Zapier

Connect Producticity to the apps Zapier supports. Send finished tasks, finished buildings and your Keystone to them, and add, finish or log tasks from them.

In Zapier: A Zap logs a task finished elsewhere. It arrives as 20 XP, and Your building rises.

What earns XP

  • Task completed by a ZapA task finished by its Producticity id earns by its size: Quick 10, Normal 20, Big 40 XP.
  • Finished task loggedA task you finished in another app, logged once, by the size the Zap gives it (Normal, 20 XP, unless it says otherwise). It earns only if it was finished today.
  • Task addedEarns nothing: XP is for finishing things.

Automations earn like a connected tool: they share the 400 XP a day cap with your tools and AI apps, never build combos and never open the crate for clearing a list. Logging the same task again earns nothing.

What it reads, and what it doesn't

Reads

  • What your Zaps ask for: task titles, sources, sizes and XP, your Keystone, and each building as it's finished.
  • Trigger events are kept for 30 days, so Zapier can fetch them, then deleted.

Never

  • Send steps, sleep or any other health data
  • Send anything you haven't set up a Zap for
  • Earn more than a connected tool could

What a Zap sends to Zapier, and on to other apps, is handled under their terms. Removing Zapier in Account › Security stops its access and its deliveries straight away. More in the privacy notice.

Questions

Can a Zap farm XP?
No. Everything an automation finishes shares the 400 XP a day cap with your connected tools and AI apps, a logged task earns only once and only if it was finished today, and adding tasks earns nothing.
Which apps can I connect?
Any app on Zapier with a trigger or action that fits: for example, add a task here when something lands in another app, or post somewhere when a building is finished.
What's the difference between Complete a task and Log a finished task?
Complete a task finishes a task that's already on your Producticity list, by its id. Log a finished task records something you finished in another app; it's added and finished once, however often the Zap runs.
Is IFTTT supported?
Not yet. The same triggers and actions are coming to IFTTT.
